Danish Kanera, who has often spoken up on the discrimination he faced on the basis of his religion in Pakistan, once again opened up on the sensitive issue.

The former Pakistan cricketer shared a video from an old match between Sri Lanka and Pakistan.

In the video, Ahmed Shehzad can be seen telling Tillakaratne Dilshan, 'If you non Muslim and you turn Muslim, no matter what you do in life, straight to Heavan.'

To which Dilshan replied, 'Then be ready for the fire.'

Danish Kaneria wrote, 'Be it the dressing room, the playground or the dining table, this happened to me every day.'

Shoaib Akhtar had alleged sometime back that Kaneria faced discrimination at the hands of a few Pakistani cricketers, who were reluctant to even eat with him because he is a Hindu.
