Veteran Indian cricketer Virat Kohli was named the world’s 7th most marketable athlete for 2022, according to a list compiled by SportsPro partner NorthStar Solutions Group.
Portuguese football icon Cristiano Ronaldo topped the list followed by Serena Williams, Lewis Hamilton, LeBron James, Lionel Messi, Naomi Osaka, Virat Kohli, Alex Morgan, Sam Kerr and Tom Brady.
Interestingly, Virat is the only Indian athlete in the top 10. The former India captain has a big presence on social media as his overall presence goes over 310 million followers.
