RCBThe Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have made the decision to revamp their backroom staff for the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) season by parting ways with Director of Cricket Mike Hesson and coach Sanjay Bangar.

As per the Indian Express, RCB is currently in search of new coaches, although it remains uncertain whether they will retain current bowling coach Adam Griffith.

Hesson and Bangar had a strong rapport with RCB icon Virat Kohli and have been associated with the franchise for a duration of five years.

Disappointingly, the team failed to qualify for the playoffs in the 2023 edition, leaving their dedicated fan base disheartened.

And now, the franchise is looking to bring in individuals who can introduce fresh ideas as they strive to secure their first IPL title.
