The inspirational journey of the Indian cricketer Pravin Tambe who made his IPL debut at the age of 41 is set to be presented on screen by Shreyas Talpade in the upcoming movie 'Kaun Pravin Tambe'. His biopic which has been directed by Jayprasad Desai will premier on Disney plus Hotstar on April 1st, 2022.

Apart from Shreyas Talpade, the cast includes Ashish Vidyarthi, Parambrata Chatterjee and Anjali Patil.
The official trailer of the movie was released by Disney plus Hotstar on Thursday. The movie gives an insight into the leg-spinner's tough journey who defied the age barrier and played for Rajasthan Royals in 2013 at the age of 41. Until his selection in the lucrative league, the cricketer had only featured in club cricket.
