Jasprit Bumrah to make a comeback in Ireland series: reports

India's prolific pacer Jasprit Bumrah who has been out of action since September last year could make a comeback in the Ireland series that begins on 18th August. 

While the Board of Control for Cricket in India's update on Bumrah's rehabilitation was encouraging, The Times of India reported that the 29-year-old might play the 3 T20Is in Ireland, next month. 

As per BCCI, Bumrah who had hurt his lower back in 2022 is in the last phase of his rehabilitation and is bowling with full intensity in the nets.

BCCI before taking a call on his fitness and his return to the squad want him to play a few practice games at the National Cricket Academy.
