IPL 2024: Gujarat Titans' Robin Minz ruled out, confirms head coach Ashish Nehra

Rookie Jharkhand cricketer Robin Minz, who was all set to feature for Gujarat Titans in the upcoming edition of the IPL, has been ruled out. The news was broke out by the Gujarat Titans head-coach Ashish Nehra.

The 21-year-old reportedly met with an accident a couple of weeks ago while riding a Kawasaki superbike.

The crash severely damaged the front portion of Robin's bike, and he sustained bruises on his right knee after losing control upon contact with another bike.

Known for his natural power-hitting abilities, Robin is also a dependable wicket-keeper. Senior Jharkhand players Ishank Jaggi and Saurabh Tiwary hold him in high regard, labelling him the "next big thing" due to his immense potential.

Robin was part of MI's IPL training and even travelled to England to refine his skills.  Minz was signed by Gujarat Titans in the 2024 IPL Auction for ₹3.6 crore.
