India vs Sri Lanka Asia Cup final weather: R Premadasa Stadium rain update for today, reserve day

As Team India take on hosts Sri Lanka in the Asia Cup 2023 final at the R Premadasa stadium on Sunday, fans will have one eye on the weather forecast in Colombo as rain has been a constant problem during the entire course of the tournament.

INDIA vs SRI LANKA WEATHER FORECAST (SEPTEMBER 17)

According to Accuweather, there are no signs of rain at the start of the match (3 PM). However, thunderstorms are predicted around 6 PM which could possibly interrupt the final.

A few showers are expected around 8-10 PM as well.

With a reserve day in place tomorrow, it will interesting to see whether or not we can have a winner today itself.

INDIA VS SRI LANKA WEATHER FORECAST (RESERVE DAY, SEPTEMBER 18)

There's a good chance of rain even on the reserve day as Accuweather forecast for Colombo on Monday looks exactly the same as the preceding day, with thunderstorms predicted at 6 PM and expected to be around till 10 PM.
