India ODI World Cup Schedule 2023: The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Tuesday finally released the schedule for ICC ODI World Cup 2023, exactly 100 days before the tournament starts in India.
Let's take a look at Team India's World Cup 2023 fixtures, time table, venues and opponents.
The Men in Blue will kick off the World Cup with a game against Australia in Chennai on October 8.
India will face Afghanistan in Delhi on October 11
The most anticipated clash of them all, India vs Pakistan game will be played in Ahmedabad on October 15
Rohit Sharma's men will then move to Pune and will take on Bangladesh on October 19.
India will then lock horns against last time's runners-up New Zealand in Dharamsala on October 22.
The hosts will next face defending champions England in Lucknow on October 29
India will then take on Qualifier 2 in Mumbai on November 2.
The 2011 champions will play against South Africa on November 5 in Kolkata.
Lastly, India will take on Qualifier 1 on November 11 in their final league game in Bengaluru.
2011, 2015 & 2019 ODI World Cups were won by the host nations. India did it in 2011, Australia won it in 2015, when they defeated co-hosts New Zealand in the final and England finally won their first-ever World Cup in 2019 at home.
India, who last won the 2013 Champions Trophy, will look to end their drought at ICC events with a World Cup trophy at home.
