West Indies have recalled their star batter Shimron Hetmyer for the upcoming ODI seies against Team India.
The 26-year-old has not played for the national side in almost a year and has been included in the squad after an impressive IPL season with the Rajasthan Royals, scoring 299 runs in 13 outings.
The talented batter had missed the Men's T20 World Cup in Australia as well after missing a departing flight from the Caribbean.
West Indies will take on India in the 1st ODI on July 27.
