IND vs SA, Wanderers Test preview

When Team India take the field at the Wanderers Cricket Ground in the 2nd Test vs South Africa on Monday, they will have a shot at making history.

The visitors, who are 1-0 up in the 3-match series, will be eyeing to seal a historic series in the Rainbow Nation, something which no Indian team has achieved in the past. India beat South Africa in the 1st Tests in Centurion by 113 runs and go into the 2nd game brimming with confidence.

Virat Kohli is also set to achieve a massive feat if India win the 2nd Test. He is currently on the 4th spot with the most Test wins as captain. One more victory will take him at the 3rd spot, where he will join Steve Waugh, with both having won 41 Tests as skippers of their respective sides.

While Virat's form with the bat is questionable but his bowlers have been Kohli's biggest strength. Another thing in India's favour is that it is yet to lose a Test match in Johannesburg. The visitors have so far played 5 Tests at the Wanderers and have won 2 and drawn 3 of those games.

The Test series may be played in South Africa but the visitors still go into the clash as overwhelming favourites.
