India skipper Rohit Sharma talked to the media after his team's dominating win against Australia in the first test match of the 4-match series in Nagpur on Saturday and recollected his learning experience under the capaincy of his teammate Virat kohli.
He said that having a plethora of talented bowlers like Ravichandran Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja and Axar Patel is really important for the team and that having players who have played on similar piches gives the team a chance to apply pressure on the opponents.
Rohit said he learned the importance of applying pressure on the opponents despite not being able to get wickets when he was playing against Australia under the captaincy of Virat Kohli.
