In favour of Mankading, but will not do it myself: Arjun Tendulkar

Running a batter out at the non-striker's end has been the debate of the town for some time now and Arjun Tendulkar also had his say in the matter.

Son of legendary Sachin Tendulkar, Arjun, while playing for Goa against Services in the Ranji Trophy told CricketNext that he was completely in favour of Mankading as It was in the Law.

'For the people who say it’s against the spirit of the game, I disagree,' added the 23-year-old.

However, Arjun clarified that he personally won’t do it because he can’t stop and remove the bails in his run up, since It’s too much effort. 'I won’t waste my energy in it but if someone does it, I’m in favour of it,” he concluded.
