Indian cricket icon & CSK captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has undergone a successful knee surgery in Mumbai,
According to a Cricbuzz report, the operation went well, and the former captain of the Indian cricket team is in perfect health. MS Dhoni has already left for Ranchi as he was discharged hours after his knee surgery.
Kasi Viswanathan, the CEO of CSK, confirmed that he had spoken to Dhoni following the surgery on Thursday morning. Although the specific details of the procedure were not disclosed, it was mentioned that it was a keyhole surgery.
Renowned sports medicine specialist, Dr. Dinshaw Pardiwala, who had also operated on cricketer Rishabh Pant for a similar issue, performed the surgery on Dhoni at the Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai.
