Chennai Super Kings full squad, players' salary, biggest buys in IPL 2023 auction

4-time IPL Champions Chennai Super Kings picked up 7 players during the IPL mini-auction in Kochi.

England's Ben Stokes was the headline buy for the Super Kings, with the English Test captain fetching a whopping price of ₹16.25 CR, the joint third-most expensive player in the competition's history.

Apart from Stokes, who played alongside Mahendra Singh Dhoni at the Rising Pune Supergiant, there's another reunion in store for Ajinkya Rahane, who was also at the Pune franchise during 2016 & 2017.

CSK also picked up New Zealand's fast bowling all-rounder Kyle Jamieson for ₹1 CR, which was ₹14 CR less than what RCB paid for his services in last year's auction.

Bhagath Varma (INR 20 lakh), Ajay Mandal (INR 20 lakh), Kyle Jamieson (INR 1 crore), Nishant Sindhu (INR 60 lakh), Shaik Rasheed (INR 20 lakh), Ben Stokes (INR 16.25 crore), Ajinkya Rahane (INR 50 lakh)
