BCCI president Sourav Ganguly reveals how Sanju Samson missed the cut for T20 World Cup

Amid all the talks around Sanju Samson's non-inclusion in India's T20 World Cup squad, BCCI president Sourav Ganguly believes the road is not over for the Kerala batter. 

"He just missed a spot for World Cup", Sourav Ganguly revealed during India-South Africa series.

The BCCI President also added that Sanju is playing well and is in the Indian team's plans.

After India revealed their T20 World Cup squad, there has been a lot of talk about Samson's future in the team. And during the first T20I vs South Africa, Thiruvananthapuram's crowd carried banners to the match, supporting Samson to the match.

With a strike rate of 158.40 since the 2021 World Cup, Samson has the second-best strike rate for India after Suryakumar Yadav.
