Ashes 2021-22: England make four big changes in their Playing XI for Boxing Day Test

In a hope of making a major turnaround after losing the first two Ashes Test, England has made four big changes in their Playing XI for the Boxing Day Test against Australia at The Melbourne Cricket Ground.

England opener Rory Burns, pacer Stuart Broad along with Ollie Pope, and Chris Woakes were dropped from the Playing XI for the 3rd Test.

Mark Wood and Jack Leach will return to the starting lineup, while Zak Crawley and Jonny Bairstow will play their first match of the ongoing Ashes series at iconic stadium MCG.

England team management has also cleared the air on who will keep the wickets given both Jos Buttler and Bairstow are in the team line-up, saying the former will don the wicket-keeping gloves.
