Continuing with his attacks on NCB officer Sameer Wankhede, NCP leader and Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik levelled fresh allegations on the officer who is probing the Aryan Khan drug case.

Malik alleged that Sameer Wankhede and his father forged certificates to claim SC benefits. He claimed that after probe, Wankhede's father will have to return salary he has taken till date and his pension will be stopped. Sameer Wankhede has rubbished Malik's claim calling them false.

Wankhede has also attacked Malik for dragging his family and dead mother into the case.

Malik on Tuesday claimed that he has received a letter from an unnamed NCB official exposing wrongdoings of Sameer Wankhede.

Malik also alleged that Sameer Wankhede is also tapping phones of several influential people in Maharashtra through two private individuals.

When asked about Wankhede's charge that Malik is falsely targeting him, the minister dared Sameer Wankhede to file a defamation case against him.

Sameer Wankhede is in Delhi amid allegations of a 18 crore pay off deal to release Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan. NCB has started a probe into the allegations against its official.
