Reports state Richard Branson, the founder of the Virgin Group is set to jet out on a suborbital flight aboard his space company Virgin Galactic's VSS Unity SpaceShipTwo rocket plane in the first week of July. This timeline is two weeks ahead of Bezos' scheduled flight on his Blue Origin Spacecraft on July 20.
Jeff Bezos, who will formally step down as Amazon CEO on July 5 had recently posted on Instagram his plans to fly out into space and how it was a dream come true.
