The Skullcandy Spoke offer plenty of features, but how much audio prowess can you pack into a pair of tiny 3,000 Rs buds? Let's find out!
Pull the wireless earbuds out of the box, and you’ll notice a minimalistic plastic design with a nice matte finish that's soft to the touch. They're not exactly exciting to look at, but they do the job, and the iconic Skullcandy insignia helps in adding some flair. They come with a couple of additional ear tips, which mean they'll fit even the biggest of ear canals, and you can rest assured they won’t budge no matter what, while offering a comfortable fit.
Moreover, basic water and sweat resistance is offered thanks to an IPX4 rating, but for fully waterproof buds, you'll have to look elsewhere. Instead of using awkward gesture controls, the earbuds get a single button to control volume, change audio tracks and call. It works well enough, but pressing down on the button can disturb the earbuds otherwise snug fit.
The companion case features the same plastic matte finish body like the buds. It's fairly chunky and may not compliment tighter fitting pants. There are three LEDs at the front, which indicate the case's battery life, while at the back, there is a micro USB port for charging. A USB C port would have been a better option, but considering the price point, we won't complain too much about it.
