Several dead, thousands displaced by flood in Iraq

Heavy rains and storms that hit areas of northern Iraq have caused major damage in the Shirqat district. Govt officials said several women and children are among the dead, while 5000 people had to be evacuated. The Iraqi govt has put together a crisis management team to oversee rescue operations.
