Stock markets were flat in the opening session on Tuesday tracking mixed Asian peers.
At 9:25 am, the Sensex was at 38,388, down 28 points and the Nifty was trading 0.07% in the red at 11,347.
Infratel, Tata Motors, Grasim, HDFC and Zee were the top five Nifty losers. While DrReddy, BPCL, Cipla, Hero Moto Corp and Infosys were the top gainers.
