SC transfers Bihar shelter homes cases to CBI

A huge setback for Nitish Kumar govt. Supreme Court has transferred the probe into the 17 shelter homes to the CBI. The Bihar govt strongly opposed giving cases to the CBI but the top court didn't relent. The cases of sexual abuse at Bihar shelter homes that came to light after the Muzaffarpur incident have shocked the country.
