SC on Delhi pollution: Jail civic bodies which didn't act

Amid the worsening air quality levels in Delhi, the Supreme Court pulled up the Centre and civic authorities for lack of affirmative action. The top court told the Centre, that local agencies which fail to address the pollution crisis should be sent to jail. The comment was after the Centre told the Court, that out of nearly 700 complaints on social media, only few had been dealt with and most were pending with civic bodies.
