SC issues formal notice to Centre on Rafale review petitions

The Supreme Court adjourned the hearing of the Rafale review petitions to next Monday, after the Government sought time for filing a counter affidavit in the matter. The top court issued a formal notice to the Centre and directed it to file the affidavit by Saturday. On April 10, the apex court agreed to review its December 14 judgement, despite the government raising an objection against the use of allegedly leaked documents.
