Sanju Samson ripped through Chennai Super Kings' bowling on Tuesday night in Sharjah as he smashed a brilliant 74 off 32 balls for Rajasthan Royals. The boy-wonder from Kerala began the blitzkrieg targetting Piyush Chawla and Ravindra Jadeja as he hit 9 clean sixes which left MS Dhoni hunting for answers. He eventually fell for 74 in an attempt to clear the ropes for the tenth time. Samson's thrashing ensured that Rajasthan were off to a brilliant start as Piyush Chawla got hit for 6 sixes and Jadeja went for 4 maximums in their spell. Samson's fastest fifty in the IPL also helped in building a 121 run 2nd wicket stand with Steve Smith.
