Rohit Sharma joined Team India on Wednesday in Australia and had a very warm welcome by the players and support staff. The star batsman and Mumbai Indians' captain missed the 1st & 2nd Test due to a hamstring injury and was undergoing a 14-day quarantine in Australia while the team played the Test matches. Rohit flew to Melbourne from Sydney and entered Team India's bio-secure bubble and the team management will decide about his participation in the remaining 2 Tests based on his fitness assessment. Sharma was declared clinically fit by the doctors in National Cricket Academy Bengaluru but was advised to work on his fitness during the quarantine period in Australia.
