Reports indicate that trials for TSMC's production of the 4nm process of chipsets is ahead of schedule. According to reports based on insider information, the chipmaker is set to begin 4nm trials from Q3 2021, while the 3nm process will be ready for mass production some time next year. The firm also recently unveiled its latest innovations--N5A tech based on the 5nm node, N6RF technology and the 3DFabric process.
