Report: Centre grants sanction to prosecute Satyendra Jain

Reports suggest the Union Home Ministry has given the go ahead to prosecute Delhi health Minister Satyendar Jain in a disproportionate assets case, registered by the CBI in 2017. Jain is accused of floating several shell companies in Delhi to allegedly launder money. He has denied all allegations saying action by the CBI is politically motivated.
