Bollywood actor Rakul Preet Singh, who, NCB says was named by Rhea Chakraborty in drugs-related matter in Sushant Singh Rajput death probe, approached Delhi High Court against media trial. She through her lawyer submitted that media reports are being run in violation of I&B Ministry guidelines. Delhi High Court has now directed Centre, Prasar Bharati and News Broadcasters Association to consider Rakul Preet Singh's plea and expeditiously decide if any interim directions need to be issued.
