Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi have left Delhi on his way to Hathras to try for the second time to meet the family of the gangrape and murder victim. But UP police is in no mood let the Congress leaders cross into the state. There is huge deployment of police at the DND flyway that connects Delhi and Noida. A number of Congress MPs are also accompanying the two senior leaders. This is Rahul and Priyanka's second attempt after they were blocked from going to Hathras on Thursday.
