Congress leader Rahul Gandhi once again trained guns on the Centre over its planned National Population Register and National Register of Citizens saying it's a 'tax on poor people'. Speaking to reporters at an event in Chhattisgarh Rahul blamed the Modi led government for ruining the economy with measures like demonetisation and that NPR and NRC are similar measures to attack people.
