Deputy chairman of the Rajya Sabha, Harivansh, who has been accused by the opposition of breaking rules while bulldozing the farm bills, on Tuesday morning met the suspended opposition MPs who are sitting on a dharna in Parliament lawns. Harivansh brought tea for the eight MPs who continued their sit-in overnight after being suspended for unruly behaviour. But the MPs rebuffed his "tea diplomacy", calling him "anti-farmer".
