'Police unable to protect their own', says deceased cop's son

VP Singh, son of deceased constable Suresh Vats who died in Ghazipur in a stone-pelting incident on Saturday, has slammed the state police for failing to protect his father. He said, “They can't even protect their own police officers, how can we expect them to protect others? What good will compensation do? Will it bring back my father?"
