Perfect Eyeliner

The biggest change I made to my eyeliner application was to draw it by looking down into the mirror as opposed being in front of the mirror. This helps get a really clean and even stroke because you can see the entire line of the lid clearly. Also, when you're sitting with your elbows propped on a desk, it gives your hands more stability.
