Trans man Adam Harry to take DGCA to court over denying him pilot license

Adam Harry, a trans man, has dreams of being a pilot. But India’s aviation body, the DGCA has refused to grant Adam Harry a commercial pilot license, saying he’s unfit to fly because he’s on hormone therapy. The 23-year-old trans man from Kerala, who plans to take India’s aviation body to court, said he is being forced to choose between his identity and his ambition.
