Galwan clash hero's wife is now lieutenant in army; Rekha Singh fulfils her husband's dream

Wife of Lance Naik Deepak Singh, who was killed in action in clash with Chinese soldiers in Galwan on June 15, 2020 has honoured her husband. Rekha Singh has fulfilled her husband’s dream by becoming a Lieutenant in the Army. She will undergo a one-year training in Chennai from May 28. The Galwan valley clash hero was awarded the Vir Chakra Posthumously this year. Rekha and Deepak were just 15 months into the marriage when she received the news.
