Volkswagen Compact Sedan To Be Revealed Soon

Volkswagen’s upcoming compact sedan is all set to make its global debut in India next month. The car, which is expected to be called Virtus, will be unveiled to the world on March 8, 2022. The sedan is based on the company's MQB A0 IN platform, which has been made specifically for products that will cater to the Indian market. The global debut will come hot-on-the-heels of the launch of the Skoda Slavia which is based on the same platform and with whom, it will share a host of components. The car will come with two turbocharged petrol engine options, borrowed from the Volkswagen Taigun, and it is offered with both manual and transmission choices.
