The Mercedes-Benz G-Class or G-Wagen, they say, is sturdier than time! That’s not just a marketing gimmick, though, since the G-Wagen really lives up to the claim. In its 45 years of existence, the G-Wagen has gone from fighting wars to gracing the red carpet. And it is without a doubt, Mercedes’ most desirable SUV on the market today.
However, since its inception, the G-Wagen hasn’t changed all that much. There have only been two generations of the G-Class until now. And while there’s an all-electric version now, its essence hasn’t changed much.
