OnePlus unveils new logo, typeface and brand elements

Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus has unveiled a few changes to its brand elements, including the company's logo and typeface. The new OnePlus logo aims to improve legibility and visibility, with more curvature in the digit part of the logo and bolder text. The solid box behind the text is gone from both the logo and the firm's 'Never Settle' catchphrase, that's now in mixed case, closer formatting. The typeface has also been changed from the brand's OnePlus Slate, and the colour palette sees some new additions as well. The firm says these slight changes are to better communicate with newer, unfamiliar audiences, especially with its progress in 5G technologies.
