OnePlus Nord users are reporting on the company’s forums of spontaneous factory resets that frequently lead to data loss. The device wipes don’t require user intervention, and according to some of the affected people, the device was resetting in their pockets all by itself. The issue is not restricted to any specific region or a particular firmware revision, making it difficult to understand what’s causing the issue. OnePlus’ developers have reportedly reached out to some users, but no such fix has arrived as yet.
