As India reels under the second wave of Covid-19 with record numbers of new cases every day, the situation in hospitals is scary and here is why you should be more worried this year.
On News Guru this week, eminent doctors say many hospitals in the country are fast reaching full capacity with the massive deluge of patients, and are scrambling to build capacity for oxygen cylinders, ICU beds and ventilators. Not just that, younger people are more vulnerable to infections this year along with newer and more uncommon symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, nausea cropping up.
