Ola Electric has begun accepting bookings for its upcoming electric scooter for a token amount of Rs. 499. Interested customers can log on to the company website and book the vehicle, which the launch is scheduled within a few weeks from now. The Ola electric scooter is likely to have a range of about 100-150 km and get features like a removable Lithium-ion battery, digital instrument console, cloud connectivity, alloy wheels, telescopic suspension. The Ola electric scooter will be built at the company’s mega factory in Tamil Nadu and sales are expected to begin right around the festive season. The upcoming Ola scooter will take on the TVS iQube, Ather 450X and the Bajaj Chetak in the segment.
