'Normal practice': Rajnath plays down notice to Rahul

Playing down his ministry's notice to Congress President Rahul Gandhi over his citizenship issue, home minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday called it a routine process. Singh said that when an MP writes to any ministry raising a query, action is taken. He called it a normal practice.
