Nirvana sues Marc Jacobs for taking its Smiley

American rock band Nirvana is suing fashion brand Marc Jacobs for taking its squiggly-smiled face without the band’s consent. The brand has released a new collection featuring the iconic smiley. Nirvana apparently even has a problem Jacobs using 'grunge' as the name of the collection as the band calls itself a pioneer of the grunge music scene.
