Three people were shot on Saturday afternoon in New York City's busy Times Square. The victims including a 4-year-old child, were taken to a hospital after being shot. They are believed to be unintended targets of the shooter and are not related to each other. After apparently being involved in a "dispute", the shooter fled the scene and is being sought by police.
