New Army Chief warns Pak, says terrorism down in Kashmir

Soon after taking charge as the new Chief of Army Staff, General Manoj Mukund Naravane has warned Pakistan over its use of terrorism as a state policy. General Naravane said that Pakistan has been constantly carrying out proxy wars against India.
