Electronics maker TCL announced a July release date for its NXTWEAR G wearable display.

Unlike other AR or VR headsets, the TCL NXTWEAR G contain two 1080p Micro-LED panels which, when worn like glasses, simulate the experience of looking at a 140-inch screen.

The glasses work with any device that can output signal through USB-C DisplayPort, like phones or laptops, and stereo speakers are built into the frames.

The TCL NXTWEAR G will launch in Australia first, with a price tag of around ₹50,000. No plans for India availability or price are currently known.
