Mukesh Ambani, the chairman of Reliance Industries is now worth $102 billion, equalling and edging past Warren Buffett’s wealth kitty as of Thursday, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.

Ambani’s wealth has jumped $25 billion this year alone as he became the only Asian tycoon in the exclusive club of the world’s top 10 richest people. To put it in perspective, Mukesh Ambani's net worth equals the economy of Morocco and the gain in just this year is the GDP of Iceland.
