Mukesh Ambani set to dial in to a brand new acquisition, reports indicate that Reliance is going to buyout JustDial and the deal could be announced on Friday.
ET reports quoting sources that Reliance is in advance negotiations to buy 25-year old information search and listings company Just Dial in a $800-$900 million transaction.
Just Dial board has called for board meeting on Friday to "evaluate” fund raising proposals as per a notice to the exchanges. Just Dial stock is up nearly 50% in the last 3 months.
