MP: 25 men ferrying cattle tied, forced to chant 'gau mata ki jai'

Another incident of so called gau rakshaks acting with impunity in Madhya Pradesh. Twenty five men, who were allegedly transporting cows to Maharashtra, were tied with a rope and forced to chant ‘gau mata ki jai’. Over 100 villagers reportedly then paraded the alleged cattle transporters through a two-km stretch to a police station in Khandwa district. Police have booked the people allegedly ferrying cattle without proper papers and have also lodged a case against the villagers
